A Building Condition Report Report is based on an examination of the common areas of the a multi-family building. It is done for the building management, the condo association, or the coop association that runs the building. The purpose of this examination is to determine find immediate and future expenses.

Immediate Expenses
Immediate Expenses are necessary correct conditions that are hazardous to the building and/or building occupants. Examples include hazardous wiring, missing pointing, and unsafe steps. These are generally conditions that should be corrected immediately. The building management should be aware of these conditions so they can rectify the problems.
