Sample Home Inspection Report

Reports are individually prepared based on our findings at each inspection.  Since our typical report is 60 to 80 pages in length, we have condensed this sample report.  The sample report was abstracted from a full 86-page inspection report performed by Heimer® Engineering, P.C.  The names, dates, and locations have been changed.  The sample report contains only significant highlights taken from the full inspection report.  It is about 30 percent of the size of the inspection report upon which this sample report is based.  Many of the technical details, as well as all identifying information, have been omitted.  In creating the sample report, page numbers and item numbers have been changed, so there may be some conflicting numbering.
