After you purchase a home or building, you own both the building and the problems in the building. Heimer Engineering's Licensed Professional Engineers help you understand the true condition of the house or building before you purchase the house or building.
Engineering reports advise you about the problems and include an expense analysis so that you can understand the scope of the problems. Each house or building is given a Heimer® Rating so that you can place the problems in perspective.
If you choose not to have an inspection, then you are taking a risk. You may have a friend or relative look at the house or building for you. If your friend or relative is a Licensed Professional Engineer with experience in pre-purchase home and building inspections, can provide you with an expense analysis, and will give you an engineering report, you may want to have your friend or relative inspect the house or building. Otherwise, you risk unanticipated problems and expenses.
