•   Agreement for Pre-Purchase Inspection of a Dwelling.  This agreement covers inspections of residences, including homes, condominiums, cooperatives, apartment buildings, multiple-use buildings, etc.
  
•   Agreement for Pre-Purchase Inspection of a Building.  This agreement covers non-residential buildings.
   
•   Agreement for Engineering Consultation Services.  This agreement covers general Professional Engineering services not covered in another agreement.
   
•   Agreement for Multiple Dwelling Examination.  This agreement covers examinations of multiple dwellings, usually for a sponsor converting a building to a condominium or coop, or for a tenant’s association needing a report on the condition of their building.
   
•   Agreement for Litigant and Claimant Services.  This agreement covers litigant, claimant, and expert witness services.
   
•   Supplemental Agreement Regarding Radon Canisters adds radon screening services to a pre-purchase inspection.  Note that we not perform radon testing in your area.  Call our office for more information.

Please make sure you download the correct agreements.  Most residential inspections require Agreement for Pre-Purchase Inspection of a Dwelling.  If we have to testify in court for you, you will typically need Agreements for Pre-Purchase Inspection of a Building as well as Agreement for Litigant and Claimant Services.  If you have questions as to which agreement to use, call 800.640.8090.
